Our Mission

Aesthetic Mentor was founded by Harvard-trained, board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph Russo with the goal of providing comprehensive hands-on medical aesthetic training with a strong focus on safety and continuing education. His experience as a practitioner and trainer for the major industry brands, such as Allergan, Merz, Galderma, and Cutera, inspired him to use what he knows to show students how they can become providers too. He started the Aesthetic Mentor in 2013, which evolved into Aesthetic Mentor after years of classes, lesson plan improvements, and team building.

The Aesthetic Mentor mission is to produce and cultivate safe, effective, successful medical aesthetic providers in the practice of non-surgical treatments including; injectable fillers, neurotoxins, lasers, and PRP rejuvenation therapies. Our curriculum and training model is designed to build your competence and confidence so you can get a job or start a practice early while concurrently building your skills. Our classes are led by board certified plastic surgeons and a team of highly qualified trainers, most who have been in the same classroom and now have practices of their own.
