This course is designed for aesthetic practitioners who want to master the safe and effective dissolution of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers. Participants will learn advanced techniques for identifying and addressing complications, correcting overfilling or aesthetic concerns, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

This course is designed for medical professionals (RN, NP, PA, MD, DDS) practicing in the field of medical aesthetics.

OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:

Understand Hyaluronidase: Explain the pharmacology, mechanism of action, and proper indications for the use of hyaluronidase in dissolving hyaluronic acid dermal fillers.
Perform Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine when dissolving HA fillers is necessary, including identifying complications like overcorrection, migration, or vascular occlusion.
Apply Injection Techniques: Demonstrate correct dilution, dosage, and injection techniques for administering hyaluronidase to dissolve dermal fillers safely and effectively.
Manage Complications: Recognize and respond appropriately to complications related to dermal fillers, such as uneven results or vascular compromise, and understand how to prevent adverse outcomes.
Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans for patients requiring HA filler dissolution, balancing safety with aesthetic goals.
Enhance Patient Communication: Effectively communicate with patients regarding the risks, benefits, and expectations of dissolving fillers, ensuring informed consent and patient satisfaction.

Your tuition of $1000 includes all course materials and a certificate of completion from the Aesthetic Mentor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

On-Demand Training: Course tuition is non-refundable once the training has been accessed. Once on-demand training has begun, you have agreed to complete the on-demand and on-location course in its entirety. No partial refunds will be considered.

On-Location Training: No refunds or changes will be honored within 7 days of the scheduled course or clinic date. No exceptions.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests within 8-10 days of the scheduled course or clinic date will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

COVID-19: High-standard COVID safety and health measures are taken for all on-location events. If you or a household member are exposed to COVID or exhibiting any symptoms, please contact us at 339.674.1134 to discuss rescheduling.

Incomplete training, no-shows, or early leave will result in an automatic forfeit of tuition. CME/CE certificates will not be issued for partial or incomplete training.

Although unlikely, scheduled course or clinic dates are subject to cancellation or change based on required minimums or limitations.
